Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement on business days. Orders placed before 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and US public holidays. Our dedicated customer service team will email you updates at every stage of your order.
Store Pickup & Local Delivery
Currently, we do not offer store pickup or local delivery options. All orders are efficiently handled and shipped directly from our centralized warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery to your doorstep using trusted shipping partners.
Domestic Shipping
We offer a range of shipping options through our trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at support@byskinscience.com.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-8 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivers within 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates vary based on the provider and shipping method and are calculated at checkout. We provide complimentary standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the continental United States. At the moment, we do not ship to non-contiguous United States territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
International Shipping
We currently ship to over 30 countries, including Australia, Canada, most European nations, and selected countries in Asia and Africa. Please enter your address at checkout to verify if we ship to your country.
International orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after processing. Delivery times generally range between 8-14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight, displayed at checkout.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges not included in the total cost of your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with their country's import regulations. We are not liable for packages delayed or returned due to customs clearance issues. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, including, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or public holidays. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Lost or Damaged Items
We offer shipping insurance options at checkout for added security, which protects against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for lost or stolen shipments once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost Shipments: Shipments are considered lost if not delivered and not marked as delivered within 30 days for domestic and 45 days for international destinations. Claims must be filed within 45 days for domestic and 60 days for international shipments from the order date.
Stolen Shipments: If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, and theft is reported within 21 days of the delivery date, a replacement may be issued. For stolen items valued over $150, a police report may be required.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate a swift resolution. Depending on the situation, we may require the damaged items to be returned for further inspection at the customer's expense.
